Milk Education is working with welcoming primary schools across Leeds who are seeking enthusiastic and confident graduates to work as Teaching Assistants. Hours & Contract
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
- Full-time roles available
- Short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, and creative classroom activities
- Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and positive behaviour
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Support with classroom preparation and learning resources
What We’re Looking For
- A Drama or Performing Arts degree (2:2 or above)
- Strong communication and confidence working with young people
- A proactive, energetic, and reliable approach
- A genuine interest in education
- Experience with children (theatre groups, camps, coaching, tutoring) is beneficial but not essential
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
