The Role
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant / Cover Supervisor, you will:
Support teaching and learning across different subjects Lead pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent Build confidence managing classroom behaviour Work with pupils of varying abilities to support progress Develop practical teaching skills that PGCE providers value Gain invaluable insight into school life, behaviour, and curriculum Build strong relationships with staff and students This experience is highly regarded by PGCE, Schools Direct and SCITT providers.
