Milk Education are recruiting for a qualified or unqualified teacher for a mainstream Secondary School in Boston to cover lessons for absent members of staff from 08:30 - 15:30 each day. The role will require 5 days commitment per week, Monday to Friday.

The school prides itself on the diversity and inclusion of both their staff and students, and aims to support their children in the best way with their educational journey. The school has good pupil behaviour and a national average amount of students with special needs.

You will be required to supervise lessons for absent members of staff across core subject areas (all planning and worksheets provided and no marking required), following the school's policies, managing classroom behaviour and making sure students continue to make progress in the absence of their regular teacher.

We are welcoming applications from teachers and cover supervisors with any subject specialism and you are not required to have QTS to apply for this role, although a minimum of 6 months of experience in leading a classroom environment is essential.

The pay rate varies from £150 per day for unqualified cover supervisors, up to £220 per day for experienced qualified teachers. The school has 2 sites which are half a mile apart and at times, you will be required to travel between sites during handover, so access to a vehicle or electric scooter is required.

The role is guaranteed for 5 days a week - this is not adhoc supply bookings. The start date for this role will be Easter 2026.
