Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist SEND Secondary School in Blyth, starting in September. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to support students with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

In this role you’ll provide one-to-one and small-group support, implement IEPs, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment that enables every student to build confidence.
