The Role
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development in mainstream primary schools.
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
- Helping children build confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
- Supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs where required.
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working with children.
- A patient, proactive and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
