- Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in
September 2026 .
This role is to cover a period of long-term sickness and offers an excellent opportunity to join a committed department where you can make a real impact on students’ learning and progress.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school staff to support student achievement.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Specialises in Mathematics.
- Has experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring students.
- Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
