Milk Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in the Liverpool area. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and help maintain a calm, positive learning environment where every student feels motivated to succeed. You will work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
Location: Liverpool
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible supply work available)
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to inclusive education
- Ability to provide two recent references
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3–KS5 (or within your subject specialism)
- Create and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress and engagement
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
- Maintain high standards of behaviour management
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
