At Milk Education, we're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool team. This is an opportunity for an established recruiter to take ownership of a successful desk, drive business growth and become a key figure within one of the UK's fastest-growing education recruitment businesses.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting client partnerships, identifying new opportunities and leading from the front. You'll have the freedom to shape your market, develop your own strategy and play a significant role in the future success of the team.

The Opportunity
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a warm, established desk with existing client relationships, live vacancies and significant scope for growth. You'll be responsible for:
- Growing and developing an established education recruitment desk
- Building strategic partnerships with schools and multi-academy trusts
- Driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to placement
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Acting as a role model and trusted mentor within the wider team
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Liverpool branch
