The Role
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you'll have the chance to gain experience across a variety of roles, tailored to your strengths and career goals, including:
- Cover Supervisor – delivering pre-planned lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting whole-class learning
- SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) – supporting students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the right provision to succeed
- General Classroom Support – assisting teachers, working with small groups, and helping to create a positive learning environment
This role is perfect for anyone considering a future career in teaching (such as PGCE or Schools Direct) or those wanting to develop their skills in education.
