Are you experienced in a school setting and confident managing challenging behaviour? We’re looking for a resilient and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in L4, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

What You’ll Do:

Support students with challenging behaviour in and out of class

Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions

Help maintain a calm and safe learning environment

Use effective behaviour management strategies

Build strong, trusting relationships with students
