This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone with experience supporting young people and a passion for improving behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in education. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have worked in schools, youth work, sports coaching, alternative provisions, or mentoring roles , and are keen to make a real impact in the lives of young people. Location: Lewisham, South East London Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, term time only) Contract: Ongoing long-term positions with potential for progression Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 and with small groups to support students with challenging behaviour Help pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with learning in and out of class Deliver behaviour-focused interventions and support strategies Act as a positive role model and build trust with students Collaborate closely with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and teaching staff Help create a calm, safe, and structured school environment What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational, youth work or mentoring setting Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in handling challenging situations A calm, resilient, and patient approach to supporting young people The ability to build rapport and motivate students from diverse backgrounds A genuine commitment to inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and educational progress The Milk Difference: Milk Education is a purpose-driven, eco-friendly education agency that puts people first.
