Overview Behaviour MentorLocation: Enfield, North LondonContract: Full-timeStart Date: ASAP / FlexiblePay: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)Milk Education is working in partnership with a supportive school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally.
The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and remain engaged in learning. You may be supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, both inside and outside the classroom.
