We are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher for a Primary School in Atherton (M46) to work on a long-term basis starting immediately!
The Year 3 Teacher role is to start immediately and will be a temporary role on supply until Thursday 2nd April 2026 with the potential of this being extended after the Easter break. This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. There are 29 children in the class and there are two full-time TAs supporting SEND children on a one to one basis. The school would like someone who has previous KS2 teaching experience and good behaviour management skills.

Your role & responsibilities:
- Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
- Guiding students through the curriculum, marking work, setting home working tasks
- Upholding the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
You must have relevant experience teaching pupils, hold QTS, knowledge of the national curriculum, be passionate and understanding, have confidence in managing classes of pupils, and excellent organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning.
