- Your Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Encourage engagement, confidence and independence.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies.
- Maintain safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Graduates from any degree background.
- Individuals considering a PGCE, School Direct or teacher training.
- Strong communicators with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable, whether through paid employment, university placements, school placements, volunteering, coaching, mentoring or youth work.
- Passionate individuals who want to make a difference and inspire the next generation.
