Learning Support Assistant – Oxford Area

We’re looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school setting in the Oxford area. You’ll be supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19 with:

  • PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
  • Physical disabilities
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication needs
  • Cognitive delays and developmental challenges

You don’t need school-based experience—backgrounds in care, support work, or personal care are highly relevant. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in:
