Milk Education is recruiting an Aspiring Psychologist – Learning Support Assistant in Hayes to support pupils facing anxiety, depression and SEMH needs. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm during term time, with a pay of Β£115.90 per day and a September 2026 start.

Ideal candidates are psychology graduates or those with care/youth work experience, who are patient, resilient and passionate about mental health and education. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
