Milk Education Hayes is seeking an Aspiring Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist to work as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting students with SEMH, sensory processing and motor challenges.

This role offers frontline experience in a specialist provision, helping pupils re-engage and reach academic potential in a supportive school environment.

You'll work 8:30am–3:45pm, Mon–Fri (term time) in Hayes, starting September 2026.
