Milk Education is recruiting an Aspiring Education Psychologist – Learning Support Assistant for Hayes, starting September 2026.

You will work with students with complex communication needs, supporting non-verbal or minimally verbal pupils using AAC, PECS, Makaton, and other visual supports.

The role focuses on understanding how children communicate, building trust through non-verbal means, and supporting emotional and educational development in a patient, tailored way.
