Milk Education is recruiting a Trauma-Informed Classroom Assistant for a SEMH school in Ashington starting in September 2026.

The role is term-time only, 9am-3pm, with potential for a permanent contract after a probationary period.

You will support children aged 5-17 on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, using trauma-informed approaches to meet emotional, social and learning needs.
