Milk Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a secondary school/alternative provision in Northumberland, starting in September. This long-term role offers temporary, permanent or temp-to-perm options and a supportive environment.
You will provide one-to-one support for a student with SEMH and behavioural needs, helping with emotional regulation, engagement and the use of restorative strategies while collaborating with teachers, SENDCOs and external professionals.
