Milk Education is recruiting passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teachers to work across a range of welcoming Primary schools in Bradford from September.
Our partner schools are looking for teachers who can inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons and support pupils as they develop key literacy, numeracy and social skills during the early stages of their education.
Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher, this is a fantastic opportunity to join supportive school environments where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ emotional wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
- Support pupils’ academic, social and personal development.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching.
- Committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
