Hackney’s specialist SEND schools need Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism, complex learning needs and SEMH through 1:1 and small group work. You’ll implement individual support plans, support communication using Makaton or PECS where relevant, and work as part of an experienced SEND team.
Open to candidates with prior TA or SEND experience, and graduates from psychology, education or therapy backgrounds. Strong potential for long-term and permanent placement for the right candidate.
