Milk Education is seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for primary schools in Caterham and surrounding areas.
This role involves providing dedicated one-to-one support to a pupil with additional needs and helping them access learning through engaging activities.
You will build positive relationships to encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress, working with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans.
