Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to children with SEN, particularly those with speech, language, and communication difficulties.
Assist in implementing speech and language therapy programs under the supervision of a qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SLT).
Support classroom teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Help students develop their communication skills through focused interventions and activities.
Track progress and provide feedback to the teaching team and therapists to ensure continued support for the students.
Foster a caring and encouraging environment for students, building trust and confidence.
A keen interest in pursuing a career as a Speech and Language Therapist.
Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
