Job Title: Psychology Graduate / Support Staff – Schools Across Newcastle, North Tyneside & Northumberland

Location: Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland

Job Type: Flexible – Day-to-day, Part-time, Full-time, Temporary 

Salary: £101.40 – £105

Role Overview:

Are you a psychology graduate? Are you looking for hands-on experience in schools to kickstart your career in education, mental health, or child development? Milk Education has flexible opportunities that could be perfect for you.

You’ll have the chance to work in:

  • SEND provisions
  • SEMH schools (Primary and Secondary)
  • Mainstream schools across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary

Roles include:

  • Day-to-day placements – gain experience and showcase your skills before committing to longer bookings
  • Sickness cover – provide essential support during staff absences (short- or long-term)
  • School vacancies – potential for temp-to-perm positions
