This role provides invaluable experience for those looking to pursue careers in educational psychology, social work, or related fields. As a SEN Teaching Assistant focused on Autism and other special needs, you will support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to engage in their learning and personal development in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
