The Role
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
- Provide targeted support for students with SEND, SEMH needs, or EAL
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning environments
- Support small-group and 1:1 interventions as required
