Milk Education is working in partnership with secondary schools across Liverpool and is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teachers to deliver high-quality teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available). Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and secure long-term or short-term roles.
The Role of a Secondary Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with Maths departments and pastoral teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards qualification (ECTs welcome)
- Degree in Mathematics or related subject
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and raising student attainment
- Flexible, reliable and motivated
