The Role of a Secondary Maths Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with Maths departments and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards qualification (ECTs welcome)
  • Degree in Mathematics or related subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
