Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Milk Education are working on behalf of a welcoming primary school in North Tyneside to recruit a full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role:

Supporting children across Key Stage 1, both in class and with small group work.

Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management.

Providing tailored support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.

Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment.
The School is looking for someone who:

Has recent experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.

Demonstrates patience, flexibility and a caring nature.

Is committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential.

Can work collaboratively as part of a team but also use initiative.
Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children in the last two years (school, nursery, or care setting).

A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
