The Role
- Support students

Ideal Candidates
- Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non‑graduates with relevant experience)
- Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
- Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content
- Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.
