We’re working with a network of supportive schools across the North East who are looking for enthusiastic and committed Graduate Cover Supervisors and Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are perfect stepping stones for those who are considering a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training pathways in the near future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students through tailored 1:1 or small group intervention sessions.
- Helping pupils meet academic targets and make measurable progress.
- Assisting teachers in the classroom and working with individuals who need extra guidance.
- Covering lessons in the absence of teachers – gaining valuable classroom management experience.
- Offering both academic and pastoral support to help students thrive.
