Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a Mainstream Primary School in L3 Liverpool to work on a full-time basis starting in September. You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for their children. This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
  • Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
  • Deliver catch-up sessions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
  • Must have a passion for education
  • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
