We are seeking an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor who can confidently deliver extraordinary, friendly, and prompt service to our guests. You are the bridge between frontline floor staff and the management team, representing the restaurant with outstanding service and presentation skills to create an unforgettable guest experience. You don’t sell food and drinks – you sell Guest Response. You understand the importance of a cool head, warm heart, and bright smile, and you are not afraid to jump in and do what needs to be done during a busy shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary, friendly, and prompt service to guests.
- Act as the pivotal point of contact between floor staff and management.
- Represent the restaurant with outstanding service and presentation skills.
- Create memorable guest experiences (sell Guest Response).
- Maintain composure, warmth, and a bright smile under pressure.
- Jump in as needed during busy shifts: manage floor pacing, assist with food service, and refill water glasses.
