MILK BEACH is an Australian restaurant and bar located in the heart of Soho, London. We serve an all-day seasonal brunch and an enticing evening menu inspired by the diverse cultures that make up modern Australian cuisine. We are seeking an enthusiastic full time Waiter / Waitress who can confidently deliver extraordinary and prompt service to our guests.

Candidates should have outstanding service and hospitality skills in order to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will strive for improving a guest's day in everything you do. You love all things food and pride yourself being deeply knowledgeable about the things you serve. You're not just passionate about wine, you ADORE it. This position requires a sharp attention to the details, adaptability, and a smile on your face even while under pressure. You will have a genuine passion for what you do, and will bring boat loads of personality to engage with everyone around you and build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues. You will grow and develop your skills and knowledge while working alongside our incredible leadership team.

Requirements:
  • Available 5 shifts per week (full time)
  • Available weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Available evenings (closing shifts)
  • Previous waiter/waitress experience (3 years minimum)
  • Character, energy and warm personality
  • Strong wine knowledge or very eager to learn about wine
