POSITION: Experienced Senior Waiter / Waitress
COMPENSATION: Up to £16.00 per hour (DOE)

Milk Beach is the leading modern Australian restaurant in London located in a spectacular venue in Soho. It is one of London’s favourite premium casual restaurant destinations with a 150-cover capacity, including 80 covers inside, 10 at the bar, and 60 covers in the outdoor courtyard.
The restaurant showcases a seasonal a la carte lunch/dinner menu featuring modern Australian cuisine with coastal, barbecue, southeast Asian, and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service.
Role Summary
We are seeking a mature, experienced, and seasoned Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional, prompt service and create memorable guest experiences. You should be passionate about food and wine, highly knowledgeable about what you serve, and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with guests. You will bring personality, adaptability, and a genuine focus on improving every guest’s day while building lasting relationships with both guests and colleagues. Outstanding candidates will also have opportunities to develop within our leadership team and progress into future management roles.
Requirements
- Available for breakfast and lunch services (day shifts)
- Strong previous waiter/waitress experience (3-5 years in a busy restaurant environment)
- Conducts themselves in a professional, mature, and confident manner
- Ability to efficiently run an entire section on their own with little supervision and deliver top guest experience
- Strong wine knowledge or eagerness to learn about wine
