MILK BEACH is an Australian restaurant and bar located in the heart of Soho, London. We serve an all-day seasonal brunch and an enticing evening menu inspired by the diverse cultures that make up modern Australian cuisine. We are quality-driven, sustainably focused, and conscious of our environmental impact. We source and painstakingly roast our own specialty coffee that we personally source from around the world. All our beans can be traced back to the farmer, not a faceless supplier. We are focused on organic and natural wines from independent winemakers whose stories we love, and creatively delicious cocktails to tell your friends about.
A bit about what you will be doing:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Waiter/ess who can confidently deliver extraordinary, friendly, and prompt service to our guests.
- You are the bridge between frontline floor staff and the management team.
- You should have outstanding service and presentation skills in order to represent the restaurant as a pivotal point of contact and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
- You don’t sell food and drinks – you sell Guest Response.
- You understand the importance of a cool head, warm heart, and bright smile.
- You’re not afraid to jump in and do what needs to be done in a busy shift.
- This position requires a sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and a smile on your face even while under pressure.
- You will have a genuine passion for what you do, and boat loads of personality to engage with everyone around you to build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues.
