MILK BEACH is the leading modern Australian restaurant in London located in a spectacular venue in Soho. It is one of London’s favourite premium casual restaurant destinations with a 150-cover capacity, including 80 covers inside, 10 at the bar, and 60 covers in the outdoor courtyard. The seasonal a-la carte lunch/dinner menu showcases modern Australian cuisine with coastal, barbecue, southeast Asian, and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor who can confidently deliver extraordinary, friendly, and prompt service to our guests. You are the bridge between frontline floor staff and the management team. You should have outstanding service and presentation skills to represent the restaurant as a pivotal point of contact and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You understand the importance of a cool head, warm heart, and bright smile. You’re not afraid to jump in and do what needs to be done in a busy shift. This position requires sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and a smile on your face even while under pressure. You will have a genuine passion for what you do and plenty of personality to engage with everyone around you to build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues.
