What you’ll do:
- Run your own section (grill, sauté, raw, etc.) to the highest standard
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and consistency
- Keep your station clean, safe, and organised
- Support, train, and collaborate with fellow chefs
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years professional kitchen experience (culinary degree a plus)
- Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Strong Australian, and/or Southeast Asian culinary experience preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt when needed
