Kent (3-4 days per week on-site) Permanent Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring engineering excellence, safety, and compliance across major rail infrastructure projects.

The Role

As a CEM, you will take full responsibility for engineering delivery within your discipline, ensuring all works are planned, managed, and executed in line with industry standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the appointed Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) for track and/or civil engineering works
  • Providing technical leadership and assurance across project delivery
