What You’ll Do
- Lead your team to deliver truly person centred support shaped by the individual, not a script.
- Ensure your team are trained, confident, and supported in their roles.
- Manage rotas effectively, ensuring at least 4 weeks cover is in place.
- Provide meaningful supervision and development through regular one to ones.
- Maintain high standards in line with MCA, Human Rights, and CQC expectations.
- Take part in a 1 in 3 weekend on call rota with support across services.
- Keep care plans live, relevant, and co produced with the people we support.
- Support people to understand their housing rights and access appropriate services.
- Promote privacy, independence, and choice in everyday life.
- Lead team meetings that are purposeful and engaging.
- Work alongside families and professionals to ensure support is truly effective.
- Oversee the chicken rota because happy chickens equals happy Hill Street.
