Pay: £12.90 per hour
Contract: Full-time / Part-time
Shifts: Days, Earlies, Lates, Mid Shifts & nights available

Welcome to Whitwell Park – a vibrant and welcoming 34-bed residential nursing service nestled in the heart of Whitwell. We're passionate about making a difference and are now looking for enthusiastic Clinical Support Workers to join our growing team.

Set within a beautiful property with easy access to public transport and local amenities, we offer a dynamic and fulfilling work environment where no two days are the same.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you’ll do more than just support—you’ll empower. From encouraging independence to helping residents pursue their passions, you'll be a key part of transforming lives.

Whether it's a dance in the kitchen, a walk in the park, off to the local swimming baths, or a moment of calm during challenging behaviours, you’ll be making an impact that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of those you support, but will typically include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and medication
  • Assisting with household tasks, food preparation, and shopping
  • Promoting independence through companionship
  • Involved in activities, swimming, cinema, online shopping, booking spa days
  • Recording care notes and assisting with healthcare plans

Shift Patterns:

  • Long Days: 7:30am – 9:00pm
  • Earlies: 7:30am – 2:15pm
  • Lates: 2:15pm – 9:00pm
  • Nights: 8.45pm-7.30am
  • Mid Shifts: 6:30am – 8:00pm
  • (Rotas provided in advance for a great work-life balance!)

  • Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
  • Able to bring fun, energy, and compassion to every shift
  • Team players who can also work independently
  • Able to support those with complex needs such as:
  • Behaviours of distress
  • Mental Health conditions
  • Learning Disabilities & Dyspraxia
  • Personal Care & Medication
  • Moving & Handling

Training: NAPPI training is ideal – but don’t worry, full training will be provided!
Driving licence: Desirable, but not essential
