Alexandra House
Alexandra house is a 7 flat property centrally located of the historic tree lined village of Norton, the home is close to bus routes These routes include Darlington, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Billingham, Stockton and Hartlepool. Within Alexandra each flat has its own front door as well as full fitted kitchen and bathroom all flats have French doors off the living area and is one or two bedrooms.
This home offers the option of solo occupancy, giving people their own private space with the reassurance of support close by. Each self-contained house includes a comfortable lounge, kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom, designed to help people live more independently in a calm, safe environment.
The Role

- Build and form excellent relationships with both colleagues and clients we support

- Able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Attentive and inspire residents to achieve more
This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client's needs including:
- Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
- Light household chores
- Assistance with mobility and personal care
- Assistance with shopping
- Food preparation
- Providing companionship
Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same as you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too.
No prior experience is needed, as we will give you all the tools you'll need to excel in this role. All you need to bring is a hardworking, compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude.
