Office Manager (12 month FTC) β Mileway, Glasgow, Scotland
We\βre looking for a dynamic and service-minded
Office Manager
to support the day-to-day running of our Glasgow office.
This 12-month fixed term contract will involve organising and coordinating office administration and procedures, ensuring organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
The role also includes providing functional support to local teams and key involvement in producing and improving marketing material for our properties.
What you\βll do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional Director and wider team
Ensure the office is well organised and presentable for staff and visitors
Manage all office contracts and renewals
Handle enquiries received by phone or email
Prepare marketing material for available properties, including photography, pricing, Rightmove and website listings, site plans and brochures
Maintain high standards for all marketing outputs
Manage all live listings through Mileway\βs CMS tool
Track all marketing activities with high attention to detail
What you\βll bring
Previous office management, marketing or secretarial experience
A team player willing to get involved and adopt a hands-on approach
Good communication skills, spoken and written
A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with SharePoint and CMS is preferred but not essential
