Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven analyst, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for an Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report directly to the Senior Portfolio Analyst, as we build on our 60 million square foot UK portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.
As the Analyst, you’ll have responsibilities at the country level, focusing on the UK market and providing analytics support. You will collaborate closely with our Amsterdam-based Portfolio Management team on ad hoc and ongoing projects, providing essential support and country-specific insights to optimize performance and report to Mileway’s shareholders.

What you will do:
- Support the Country Head, Regional Directors, and Asset Management team with portfolio metrics for strategic execution and performance understanding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-border on key strategic workstreams like portfolio refinancings, disposals, and valuations.
- Assist in performing detailed analyses (lease, capex, NOI, etc.) and report on aggregated portfolio performance.
- Contribute to annual budgeting (leasing & capex) and recurring reports such as tenancy schedules, occupancy forecasts, and leasing updates.
- Help prepare Investment Committee materials.
- Support and deliver country input for investor quarterly reports, working closely with the Portfolio Management team.
- Provide commercial asset and market insights, articulating market trends to inform strategy and portfolio performance discussions.
- Gain proficiency in systems like Yardi, Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel, and support system and process improvements.
- Assist in ad-hoc analyses as needed.
