Are you an experienced real estate professional, ready for an opportunity in a fast-moving international team? We are looking for a highly organised, results driven AR Reporting Specialist to provide analysis and support within the Property Operations team.
Property Operations is responsible for providing policy and process documentation, training, support and control reporting for all property functionality such as lease setup, accounts receivable, construction job cost and service charge in addition to collections analytics. Property Operations interact with asset management, portfolio management, finance and IT teams on a regular basis.
In this role and reporting to the Head of Property Operations, you will be responsible for leading and implementing operational and analytical reporting to the business on arrears and collections. You will also provide oversight on existing arrears, working closely with country teams to monitor performance and with c-suite to provide insights required to manage the business. This role is based within the Finance department.
What you’ll do:
- Lead development and delivery of arrears and collections analytical dashboards for management reporting.
- Lead development and delivery of arrears and collections operational reporting for asset management.
- Liaise with country teams to understand arrears positions at a tenant level and monitor progress.
- Provide management reporting of arrears and collections to leadership team and c-suite.
- Be a point of contact for ad-hoc analysis on arrears and collections from the business and Blackstone investor requests.
- Finance controllership and FP&A teams with monthly/quarterly analysis for key financial process related to arrears and collections.
- Provide regular status updates to your manager and key stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Your knowledge of commercial real estate.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in this area in an analytical role with focus on collections.
- Technical aptitude – Experience with commercial leasing and gathering requirements to develop arrears and collections analytical and operational reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills are required and being an accomplished user of reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage.
- Proficient with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams.
- Property management ERP experience is essential with Yardi preferred.
- Communication skills – an ability to work across multiple audience types and actively drive conversations to a comprehensive result.
- Your English is fluent and an additional European language is an advantage.
- Your strong analytical skills.
- Your ability to read data, interpret and tell a financial story.
- Your strong organizational skills.
- You’re well organized with the ability to manage and prioritise many simultaneous tasks, without compromising your excellent quality standard and attention to detail.
