About the role and setting
Carroll Close is a supported living service for two individuals who each live in their own self-contained flat within a converted house. Both people we support have complex needs, and as a Support Worker you will follow clear, structured support plans to ensure consistent, person-centred care. In this role, you will promote positive self-image, support health and wellbeing, encourage informed decision making, and actively promote independence. You will also help individuals maintain relationships with friends and support the people we support to access the community—whether for social activities or creative opportunities.
Shift patterns
Upstairs: 08:00-15:30, 15:30-23:00
Downstairs: 08:00-15:30, 15:30-23:00
Sleep ins also required. We are primarily recruiting for downstairs hours, though occasional upstairs shifts may become available.
