As the first point of contact for local authority brokers, social workers, self-referrers, and families, you\’ll be instrumental in shaping the journey of those seeking support.
This dynamic role involves:
- Identifying suitable referrals and offering tailored solutions
- Gathering background information and arranging service visits
- Supporting managers with assessments
- Collaborating with our Finance team to agree fees with funders
