Working days are Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00-17:30

We are keen to recruit a motivated Catering and Nutritional Lead to our service in Brislington! You will provide a high quality, nutritious menu that is person centred for the people we support.

In this role you will work with an established team and you will be provided with the training and support that you need to succeed.

Tramways is a purpose-built residential care home that prides itself on its homely, warm environment. The home offers a high standard of individualised care to people with mental health needs.

As Catering and Nutritional Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day running of the kitchen including budget responsibility, menu planning, cleaning schedules and ordering.
  • Ensure that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition in line with health and safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.
  • Work within the team, including Nurses and Support Workers, to help complete and review nutritional support plans
  • To attend relevant learning opportunities and team meetings when required.

The successful Catering and Nutritional Lead will:

  • Have experience of Kitchen Management or be willing to learn it
