We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Housekeeper to support the team at 121 Watleys End Road in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the people we support.
You will be working as part of an established and supportive team, with full training provided to help you succeed in the role.
The Role:
- Carrying out all cleaning duties in line with the home’s cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Recording all cleaning tasks and checks using a digital recording platform in line with service requirements.
- Undertaking periodic deep cleans of bedrooms, communal areas and equipment as required.
- Ensuring all areas are well presented, hygienic and maintained in good condition at all times.
- Developing positive relationships with the people we support, their families, visitors and colleagues.
- Shampooing carpets and completing other specialist cleaning tasks when needed.
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment used, and reporting any faults or damage promptly to management.
- Adhering to COSHH, infection control procedures, and all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Attending training sessions and team meetings as required to support continuous improvement.
