Applications are invited for the position of Head Brewer within a successful established Brewery, to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our brewing operations. Applicants must have proven brewing experience, and experience of managing a successful brewery and brewing team . Candidates must posses strong leadership & communications skills, who can develop and support our Brewery team. Experience of working to SALSA/SALSA plus beer standards is essential, and a working knowledge of Breww would be advantageous.
