This company is renowned for their training and development so you can expect progression into future opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager
- Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment
- Alongside the management team, train and develop your team
- Opening and closing
- Stock control and ensuring your restaurant is reaching/exceeding financial budgets and targets
- Planning rotas
- Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S/F&H regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a high volume/quality food and beverage restaurant
- Have a strong management and customer focused background
- Love people whether customers or staff and be prepared to go above and beyond the customers' expectations
- Have a positive and confident attitude
- Be extremely observant and a brilliant problem solver/solutions person
- Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
